Jetball League

Jetball is a virtual sport which requires Microsoft and Bungies' video game, Halo: Reach to play.

Created by John Walton and Richard Cassell, and inspired by other sports both real, like basketball, and fictional (like quidditch).

The idea is very straightfoward. Played in a medium - sized stadium, two teams of equal size (between 2 and 8 players) compete to score points by placing a ball through a goal.

Except the goals are on tall stilts...
... And the ball is actually a bomb.

To aid in the scoring of goals, each player is awarded a jetpack, a golf club and an energy sword. Pretty brutal stuff, but entertainment takes no prisoners!

So, how does the system work exactly? Well, let's break it down:

Rounds, Games and Match:
- Each round lasts for 5 minutes.
- 5 Rounds in a Game. Best of 5 wins the Game.
- 3 Games in a Match. Best of 3 Games wins the Match.
- Match results are recorded, Rounds are not. E.G 2-1.

Weapons and Tools:
- Jetpack.
- Golf Club.
- Energy Sword.
